Shipping &Returns
We provide quick 5-7 business day guarantee delivery time for all drop-ship orders - Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order, and delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. Once you the order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info.
Tracking number are assigned to packages when they ship. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS for all our members!
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Returning Merchandise
- If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

*Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
*Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.
*Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.
